Jon Fishman!!!

As i stood in line to pay for my diesel tonight in Bow, NH i turned around to see who had just walked up behind me and to my amazement one of my biggest heros in the world is standing there smiling with his slurpie and chips... Jon Fishman was so kind and gracios to me, telling me stories outside of how he had just bought the ol' JEMP truck from the band for $5,000! He was on his way to his new farm in Maine. The truck that used to haul Phish's equipment around the country was now going to haul hay and manure around the farm. He also told me how he is building an old school ice box for a refrigerator in his new home. We talked about the new tour coming up with his friend "Willis" and he was surprisingly interested in what i did. He asked what i play and how long have i played...etc. I regrettably didn't think to offer my services if he ever needed someone! I was just in awe to be standing there talking with my favorite drummer! I will never forget it!
